We believe getting your order should be as seamless as wearing it. The Quiet & Co. offers complimentary tracked shipping on every order, worldwide — no minimum required, no surprises at delivery.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the following business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel in real time.
2. Delivery Times by Region
Estimated delivery times are counted from the date of dispatch and refer to business days only.

3. Duties & Taxes
All applicable duties and taxes are included in your order total at checkout. There will be no additional fees collected upon delivery. What you see at checkout is what you pay — nothing more.
4. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment. If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.
5. Delays & Exceptions
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, carrier disruptions, adverse weather conditions, or peak periods (such as holidays). The Quiet & Co. is not liable for delays outside of our reasonable control.
If your parcel appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will liaise with the carrier on your behalf.
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. The Quiet & Co. is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at hello@thequietandco.com as quickly as possible and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
